Looks like there is some issue ongoing for closing the order. My order is pending for more than 15 days now. The order needs to be closed from 2 ends. 1st by the local tech and then by backend. Local tech closed it but the backend order they aren't able to close manually as well.

@mikrotik yes seems so engineer cancelled the request on his end but the tickets on my account are still pending and customer care and senior desk says there is some glitch with my account only backend team can close it and backend team is working on it and they will update me once closed

@imdarkray I contacted LCO and engineer today; they somehow got the router upgrade order opened again by contacting their lead, and I got that happy mailer otp as well; they told me to first upgrade the router and see if all the tickets get closed cause that's the only step they failed to do so and LCO confirmed that I would be on 1 gbps plan once this ticket is closed. The speed max I will get is 300 Mbps. As he mentioned, something like their fat box or something like that only supports that much speed. Let's see how it goes. They are going to change the router in the evening.

if it shows 1gbps in thanksapp, congrats you are going to get 1gbps.

get it canceled, i hope they refund. for me they have kept the static ip activated for extra month even after closure request was closed.got the refund.

Finally, the engineer changed the router to Sercomm Aot 4221sr, and a few minutes later, the plan was upgraded to 1gbps, but the speeds were capped at 300 to 340 Mbps but the app showed 1024 Mbps, but all the old orders got finished, and I was able to downgrade to the old plan of 1099.

Edit: LCO and Engineer did confirm again that 1gbps does show up in the app, but I won't be getting 1gbps as from there end speed is capped at 300mbps, so in the end it was better to downgrade
