As I mentioned earlier, main reason for him avoiding was not proper papers or DL. What about the repair for your damaged car? Is he paying for that?

I did .. The minute he came in the police station hes telling the cops that im a big liar .. So I screamt and him and told him not to talk rubbish .. I told him what happened to your contacts so hes telling me hes a aam aadmi and he does not have any contacts and that I threatened him that I know commissioner and all .. I yelled at him so then police asked me to leave and wait outside till they could hear his side of the story .. by the way the him here is not the guy who did the accident rather his elder brother who was acting more wise ....
