Hello all Broadbandforums.in users, This is my new post :

Actually, iam a 15 year old gamer. I like playing multiplayer games. But i couldn't play due to TATA INDICOM broadband connection. It is only me in the area who get very bad ping ! I have a 4 year old modem from VSNL for this broadband. Here is a pic of the Model :



I don't know the name or the make of this model. And the TATA INDICOM guys also don't care about pings and told me that my connection has no problems. But my brother also has the same plan but different modem model, and he has very good pings compared to me. Is their any solutions for this problem or is it the problem of my pc? or the problem of my modem?
My modem is currently configured to activate line immediatly, But was password protected.

You have to access the modem and post Device status.Does it have Both LAN POrt and USb Port ? probably only USB available.Which one you use ? Para two Try this program.connection Booster from trafficzapper.com select recommended values.or TCP/IP optimizer from speedguide.net.

Any ideas? or is it my modem which i need to replace with new model?

I Only have USB port to connect my modem. I don't see any LAN in modem.:ashamed: But hey, i cannot find Connection Booster from Trafficzapper.com. I downloaded TCP/IP Optimizer from Speedguide.net. The above setting : Annex.A is supported by my device and its the current setting in my modem. But, anything else to confirm?

4 ONLY USB PORT noted. only one computer can be connected to modem. no other connection for connecting to computer ?
5. What is the max speed allowed for your TataIndicom BB connection? 256Kbps/512Kbps or 2 Mbps?

But i cannot see any modulation settings in all pages in the modem. Any ideas?

My speed is : 256 Kbps Unlmited

Only 1 pc is connected with the modem. USB port.
Downloaded the TZ Connection booster10.

2.Modulation already showing G dmt +. Select Advanced. Are you in "Dialup" mode ?
3.In USB mode transfer of data is 10Mbps usually compared to LAN ethernet 100 Mbps

The Link to Sagam Support is not working. One mistake: My modem is connected into LAN port. 100 Mbps.Connection Booster didn't solve my problem , i did every thing it told me to , but after restarting pc also didn't solve my problem. Any other Solutions?Mine model is not Sagam800, Confirmed.
