OK.....Can i buy a router and setup with TATA VSNL and can that procedure decrease my ping? Because all my friends who play have routers and no modem....Is it still possible?

You are having xavi router which is a shit in my Opinion
and i have it with me along with 2 D-Link 500T(even 502T is shit),
you can ask for modem replacement and ask for bullion router that works well.
TATA indicom provides you with no extra cost

Ill do it right away. by the way, The pc which is in my dad's office has 512 TATA INDICOM broadband connection and it also has VERY HIGH PING!! :wall::wall:
