How is the wifi coverage of HG323DAC that comes with four antennas?
Also is there any issue in voip call?I have retuned by genexis platinum modem as incomming call does not ring sometimes. Is there any such issue with this model? Voice is also priority for me.
Also is thee much difference in terms of wifi coverage for HG323DAC compared to HG323RGW? Dual band is not that important as my laptop wont support 5ghz. I would even go for HG323RGW if wifi perfomance is similar..

I use HG323RGW. I get around 80-100 Mbps in 2.4 GHz connection on a 60Mbps plan. I get no interruptions in calls. But if you want to configure old SIP softwares like native Android SIP, it won't happen because port 5060 closes if voip service is not binded to a particular port. Zoiper, Csipsimple works just fine. If you are using an analogue phone there's a very small buzzing sound.
And there's a small problem which I don't think is specific to this device. 192.168.1.4 IP address has very weak Tx count And Rx count if connected. I saw this with many people's devices also.

purchased new HG323RGW. I have connected my old bsnl landline to the rj11 port of modem...
It works fine for outgoing call but not for incoming..

If the called party ends the call in the first ringing of the ftth phone, the ftth phone continues to ring infinitely... (First ring is long about 5 seconds and rest of the rings are normal)
But if the called party disconnects any time from second ring of the ftth phone, it works properly and the ringing stops...

Please help... it's new modem...
VOIP problems on BSNL FTTH depend on the area I guess. I've had no problems till now with VOIP(1.5 years back when the fibre rollout happened, there were some issues like echo and all. Now it's all sorted out here).

I have enabled Application/ Alg configuration/ Sip. After enabling it, issue remains the same. The only difference I noticed after enabling sip is dial tone changed to beep sound.

Thanks for the screenshot dude.... The indefinite ringing issue has been solved by changing the called id mode from DTMF to FSK-ETSI.. Can you also share the screenshot of the firmware version page... i have updated to june version after which issue started...

I actually didn't care to upgrade my router at all. It is not recommended unless the vendor says as OLT also needs to support.
