Please tell me what to do?

I am Currently using MTNL night unlimited as well as Tata broadband.I use the usb connection for mtnl and a on board lan card for tata.I don't get speed when i connect both of them how to use both of theconnection to their complete potential.I did a speed test when i connected both of the connection and it showed the speed for tata connection and never for mtnl connection only when i disconnect the tata connection mtnl connection speeds are show on the speed test.PLz tell me what to do for using both the connection simultanously and get both their speeds.i get very bad speed on utorrent like 5 to 4 kBps plz help me with this problem to .Any link to another forum or post or website for solving this problem will also do .If these questions have been repeated plz redirect me to that post plz plz plz help me.

Why u need to be redirected, "search", u will find it, no spoonfeeding plz.............
