beta nhi.............................................................................................................................

Depends on whether by "Symbian" you mean s40 or s60. For s40, I suppose the Nokia 6300 may be around your range. For s60, no nothing current in the market would be around 5K.

^ The s in s40 and s60 does not stand for symbian , it means series . Symbian is an OS which s60 phones run on@ OP - The cheapest symbian phone you will find would prolly be the Nokia E50 costing around 7.5k

Yep s40 and s60 are Nokia series number. I think symbian version are 8 (N70-s60v2) and S9 (N73-s60v3).@OP - You might get 2nd hand N70 for 5k or so.

Well i wanted to confirm weather Nokia 6300 has a symbian operating system. Thanks.

This new model is expected to cost about 250 euros or Rs 15000 +. Used models of Nokia 6600 are available for around Rs 3500 in rediff shopping and other esale sites.It has symbian OS.

there is a offer in univercell.com website which they sell motorola A810 touchscreen for INR 5200. consider that also

So is there a non-Symbian s40 or s60 phone?? :wall::@

I never said "s" stands for Symbian, but s40 and s60 are certainly two different series of Phones with the Symbian OS. (And yes, there are others like UIQ).
