My only point is - All these political parties ask for votes shouting that the other parties are corrupt. And at the end are seen hugging each other and saying that they have no personal differences or they are like brothers or whatever.
Ofcourse one might say, they are always like this. But the difference this time is, that most people have happily lapped up a strong media campaign on that very basis (the opposite is corrupt) to the point of having fights online and do not give these things a second thought.
In that way, this quote stands valid to this day
In a democracy, the people get the government they deserve.

I feel Modi will win elections in 2014, but BJP will make mess of it in next 5 years, and Congress will return in 2019. Rajnath and Gadkari already fighting for minister posts as per news reports.

Bjp have set the bar too high. Even meeting 50% of expectations would be a big thing according to me

This is why I guess it would be better if they get a simple majority and do not have to rely on maya/mamta/amma. They would not be able to use the excuse of coalition stopped us from doing what we promised.

Turns out the entire Gandhi family is made up of dickheads.

In presidential elections, whatever others say has no significance, so don't feel bad....
