no way they are going to have strict grap restrictions non-stop for four months. if they are planning to switch between various levels during the time period, it is pretty much the same thing.

gurgaon has displays at multiple locations showing pm values. they do feel awful low at times when i am stuck in traffic staring at them. it's fun ngl. esp when even values higher than 5 are not good for human bodies. but we are supposed to feel great as long as it is under 100 these days.
