PON issue, not registering ( only registers sometimes at night )

Online you can do that through self-care portal ,but most of times people have to go to nearest office anyway to get the security deposit refunded as they will ask for Bank details,Which can't be provided via portal. So email if you know the email id of your nearest Bsnl SDO / Accounts Officer / Commercial Officer or just walk-in.
 
oh well so much Hazzard, also i don't think i have paid any security deposit? i paid for fiber cable i.e around
~3000 & i paid my bill today that is ~900 my plan is 599 i think Fiber Plus 60MB

Your ont binding with olt erased probably due to your experiment

politely ask cable operator to bind it by saying, you have tried friends ont for one time few days back and this happened,

this "not registered" error must be told to him,

alternately switch off ont for 1 day, reset the ont, say you got ont changed by seller and ask him to bind new ont

@Oppili I'm just curious, why does it connect sometimes? mostly at eve to morning, then DeRegiters, I just can't build logic for this behavior can you explain it a little?

also calling him didn't work. he says changed your third-party ONT, if i visit him i might get access to OLT,
when I explained my situation he said it's weird that it registers and then deregisters that should not happen, and told me many times that just wait it should not deregister,
 
Forget everything just shoot an email to the general manager of your area and ask him to get this fixed.

You’re paying customer and shouldn’t be taking this much of hassle, unless your connection is free.
 
@NikhilS thank you for straight forward Standard answer, unfortunately, those guys do not have much of power, even if I try it will take a month to get this sorted, hence I'm trying to find a shortcut instead and fix this with some help of that LCO, back to the main question, why does it DeRegisters Randomly ????? XD?
