I got this router recently to replace Airtel provided Nokia router and to keep my landline working.
Before this change, the Nokia’s LAN port was configured in bridge mode and connected to Archer C6 with PPPoE, port forwarding worked without any issue.
Now I’m figuring out if the buggy firmware is the reason for port forwarding not working or is it some wrong configuration or compatibility issue with Airtel.
Currently, xx530v is configured with “Mode X” compatibility.
I’m hoping someone with this router can check and confirm/deny this issue. A probable fix would be very helpful.
Edit: Getting Double NAT on XBOX network status even when UPnP is enabled and shows port 3074 as active in UPnP page.
When UPnP is disabled NAT type shows as “Unavailable”
This happens even after setting up required port forwarding rules.
This is one of the confirmations I got while figuring this issue, apart from nginx proxy manager manager not working at all.
