Until the location database is updated...which can take an indefinite amount of time especially for BSNL or they change your routing, just select your Speedtest server manually.

For e.g. I am in Pune but my IP shows Mumbai..speed tests connect to Mumbai by default. No big deal. I change over to Pune manually once in a while. As long as it shows me the plan speed in Mumbai or Pune...I dont bother to check again for months at a stretch if at all.
 
Singapore is kinda high tho imo. 303ms is quite high
Again I would not rely on cloudping and do individual testing.


My BSNL Fiber ping to AWS endpoint in Singapore gives an average of 55 ms with BSNL own DNS servers
