Problem Downloading files

2. Try Knoppix method as suggested.

3. Place your image link between image link for embedding them.

Disable/Disconnect anti virus application and try to download tcp/ip optimizer.a speed test from a speed test site requored.

1. I tried downloading while disable-ling antivirus, besides my phone and laptop dont have same anti vir
2. I cant download TCP/IP optimizer from that site coz it gets stucks

What phone and its AV has got to do with download ?
Don't complicate matter.
Simplify the problem. Swich off the phone !!!

Start Basic.
One computer Modem. Disable AV application.
Download with FireFox or Chrome. or IE.

I think your memory is very weak or you are just playing with me.. i am getting these problem on my computer,laptop as well as mobile.. anything which is connected to my network has this problem..... and i have tried downloading while turning off the antivir. 2. I said i cant download that TCI/IP optimizer file from any of the sites it gets stuck at 382KB of 644KB no matter where ever i download it

@ ShantanuKulkarni Hope you complained in the link provided.Also write a complaint (with acknowledgement) to Nodal officer and Appellate authority.ID, phone no. and address behind your telephone bill. Wait for 2 -3 days for someone to act on your complaint on the link. If not call Nodal officerand /or Appellate authority and seek help. In the mean time, visit SDE and request to send someone to attend this problem.
