Problem During Night Time

From past 2 days, I'm experiencing a weird issue with my broadband. Around 6 pm to 12 am my internet becomes really slow, sometimes its around 30 kbps and sometimes it even dips down to 2-3 kbps. However, It works perfectly during the day. These are the stats, shown on my routers page, in case its helpful:

If it just happens only during certain time, better talk to someone at exchange.

yeah, it happens just between 6 pm to 12 am.
2 days in a row exactly same thing happened, internet became slow around 6 pm then line dropped around 12 am and when it re-connected after 2 minutes, the internet started working correctly...

Looks like congestion on the exchange side or maybe some up-gradation . Keep a watch and if the same persists then log a complain .. Most of the time it's a temporary issue.

Your line's SNR Margin is very poor. Get it checked.

today, in the morning, downstream SNR was around 6.0 and right now its just 0.2, how much should it be???

^ Above 13 dB (if you want a stable line). 0.2 dB is pathetic. Talk to exchange staff.

I contacted the exchange staff and they were hopeless and clueless, as always. The guy I talked to, didn't had any clue, whats SNR and kept on insisting that there's some problem on my end. After a long conversation, he just said that he'll send a technician to my house to check the problem...
