i have bsnl 750 unlimited plan i am getting speed around 25-26 kb/sec

is there any way to increase it to 60-70 or somewhat please tell me.

If you want better speeds get the 1750 plan unlimited...

No you can only decrease the speed further but cannot increase it. It is set at the BSNL end.

Well, the max speed you can get is 32kBps
