Problem: Slow Speed in Chandigarh

i googled itit showed me tht 4th cut also took place

ur friends must be using new portal connection
with username : ****@bsnl.in
i m using username : ****_chd
mine is old portal

new portal is working fine
i heard one more news about the cable cut
5th of feb
a ship will reach the place where the 4th cut is
then they ll start repairing it

he is also using ***_chd

i noticed on my PC today after 8 am in the morning the speed was good on gmail also.
i think we get low speeds during 2 - 8
just a wild guess
