Qualcomm Snapdragon 820

Qualcomm is rumored to detail the Snapdragon 820 on August 11 - GSMArena.com news

So far we've been told just that the Snapdragon 820 will use Kryo cores, custom designed by Qualcomm. This will signify a return to the company's past antics, as custom designed Krait CPU cores have been featured in its top of the line offerings as recently as the Snapdragon 805.

It will have a quad-core CPU, the Adreno 530 GPU, the MDM9x55 LTE Cat.10 modem, and will be made on a FinFET process - either Samsung's 14nm or TSMC's 16nm.

Sony Xperia Z5 might be the first one to feature this. Hopefully.

Snapdragon 810 was rushed by qualcomm, 820 will feature their own custom cores which will guarantee the performance seen by past snapdragons before 810.

still. nexus devices needs to avoid experimenting. nexus 6 turned out to be a crappy experiment by google
still cannot believe that they stole moto z from motorola and turned it into a giant nexus 6 because of the cancellation of silver program.

Nexus 6 camera module is supposed to be the same one motorola is using for 2015 moto G. If thats true, nexus 6 owners got a very bad deal :/

Nexus 6 has OIS and Camera 2. Which makes a hell lot of difference in the end.

^ It felt weird though, moto was actually proud in claiming that nexus 6 sensor was used in moto g.
