Query Regarding Home 500c

hi,i am currently in home 500c plan.i havent received my phone bill 4 this month(call centre bill enquiry useless).i have a query regarding rental to be paid.i mean earlier in plan 250, i paid 240/- as rent.but in 500c plan wat will be phone rent?their website says no fixed charges.i get 175 free calls, so will they charge one india plan rent?also, i was thinking of shifting to 750ul plus,but i am not sure wat will be phone rent..pls. reply...

well, u r gonna pay the same rental unless u shift to a combo plan( not sure BSNL has combo plans)..so, it wud be 240 rent for phone plus 500 Rs for internet.even if u shift to 750 U/l still u got to pay those 240 Rs rental unless u change ur landline plan to a lesser rental plan.

Under Home 500C plan, for the first month, you need to pay 500 as security deposit + that month's bill.Each month rental would be 500 with 1.5GB free day usage and 175 free calls(one india plan). You exceed the limits then you have to pay more.So the minimum bill you get durirng any month would be Rs 561.20 (500 + taxes)If you are under modem rental plan, then you will be charged Rs 67.34 more.The tariff is clearly explained in the BSNL website

Don't make people confused by providing wrong informations just to increase your post count if you are not sure of something .

this is my first month as a user of 500c plan. earlier i was under the 250 plan.i wanted to know whether they will charge security deposit from me even if i am an existing user of bsnl broadband?

Actually i checked the bill using the site Home Of Ernakulam Telephones- "The Online Bill Presentation and Payment Site".
Here they show that the bill is Rs.1002.23 for Misc . Facility, Rs.74.4 for excise duty and Rs.40 for surcharge and net chargeable calls comes to 120.
I am not able to get a breakup of this 1002.23.
500 is for the rent. remaining sum i dont know for what it is.
Total chargeable internet usage is 1.16gb
They have charged using the 500c plan because the free calls given is 175. so the plan has been changed.
I checked the bill using the above address given by you and they say bill will be Rs.561.20 including surcharge.
