Query Regarding Home 500c

Home 500c Rs 561.20 ( Rs 500 + taxes about 12.25%)
Misc modem rent Rs 60 00( rent Rs 60)
calls charged 120 Rs 120.00 ( Re 1 per call ) free 175 calls.
unaccounted Taxes ? Rs 40.00 total = Rs 1021.20 ( You have shown 1002.23 . Rs 19 credit ?)
Para two :
checked the bill using the above address given by you and they say bill will be Rs.561.20 including surcharge
Presume you downloaded the DQUF and posted the details as shown for April 2008.
Rs 500 + Taxes 12.0 plus edu surcharge will be Rs 561.20.
Not possible to detect telephone callsSecurity charges/modem on rent/outright purchase etc in the program
as it is based on data appearing in BSNL. usage portal
Misc facility should be modem rent.

actually my modem is not on rent.and how come one india rental rs.240? do they charge rs.240 for the one india plan? they did not tell me that.the rs1002 does not include the rs.120 for call charges. rs.120 has been shown seperately

I am on 500c from the last 3 month. For the first month my bill was Rs 500 {security deposite} + 500 BB {Plan Cost}{depends on the days u use broadband for the fist month, bill is adjusted accordingly} + bill of the days when BB was not implemented + Rs 1248 Modem charges(on rent or purchased as applicable}. First bill was about Rs 3300 as i was using CLI based dialup connection before BB so the bill was quite high.After this my second bill came this month {Here we get bill of 2 months in one package}. It was Rs 1124. In this Rs 561.20 x 2 = 1122.4 + Rs 2 {other taxes} was written.As this is 500c plan so number of free calls shown was 272{which we have done} but a maximum of 350 free calls can be used. In one month a maximum of 175 free calls or pulses can be used.I think this information have helped you.

Thousand apologies. I made a blunder in not going to the web site and cross check the rental for one india plan before posting it here with a question mark.

I could check in Kolkata BSNL , and pray to God that it applies to Kerala also.
It is ONLY Rs 180/= I repeat as on date it is ONLY Rs 180/=.Again I request you to pardon me for this blunder. .

I was a bloody fool , to have missed this information either from your Online bill data or printed bill ( you got it ?).
Again Rs 120 saved here from total
Para three:
actually my modem is not on rent.
Another Rs 60/= +taxes saved.
How did I miss this information ?. I will see my optician tomorrow.
Para Four : Most probably Addl security deposit is included !!!!!!!!
You can recalculate the bill or wait for the actual bill with all break ups.

do they charge that rent of Rs.180 in the 500C plan?
i thought it is included in the Rs.500 rent. that is why it is called combo plan, is it not like that?
anyway the bill will come this week, then i can check for what they have charged. thanks a lot for your help.

@/members/sandeeprajan/If you are on plan Home-500c then you will only be charged Rs 500 + Service taxes for one month, no extra money for one india plan as it is included in that Rs 500.You can know your current bill either online or via dialing 1500 or by visiting your nearest exchange and requesting a duplicate copy their.
