Well, I use the 100 Mbps plan and pay 999 plus taxes. Total amount comes around 1100.
When we talk about the ping and network drop issue it is because of Railwire business strategy. Let me explain.
Railwire provide internet to local cable provider. Now the speed and network depends upon cable provost for example in my Area in Haryana, cable operator have ONT which itself does not support more than 100 mbps so when they provide internet from that ont the speed will always drop. Also, some operators buy cheap devices at their end to save cost whoch doesn’t provide good network and latancy and network drops are high. So just check first with someone who have railwire connection and take review.

I'm pretty sure our LCOs equipment here isn't the problem here, we have 1 GIG links from the ONU to their OLT, and they too probably have good link to the servers of RailWire. It is definitely the problem at RailWire servers, sometimes they are working great/good, sometimes bad and unstable.
But since two or so weeks everything has been working smooth and upload speed and Pings has been good. I'm not im my home anymore so can't comment the current situation but it was pretty good going before two or so weeks.

I got two new plans from my LCO in Bhubaneswar, Odisha

1. 50 Mbps till 3000 GB then 5 Mbps - Rs. 588.82 (Including Tax)
2. 100 Mbps till 3000 GB then 10 Mbps - Rs. 824.82 (Including Tax)

It has been there for more than a month now as I last checked, definitely better than 1002 for 50Mbps and 1180 for 100Mbps.
