My friend from Finland just moved home from Chandigarh a few months back. Sounds like an interesting place. Hopefully Chandigarh is easier to roll out services than Mumbai.

haha. it is funny to see microsoft making that statement as faster and cheaper broadband is going to hurt them eventually. cloud computing is something microsoft does not like and google loves.

Chandigarh comes under the center (U.T), unlike other states things work at a smooth pace here and its not too big either and the near distance from the capital is another + point. admin is rite, not a bad place to live in
