it is not available to telugu basic package viewers.

Hi!! everybody , Its good to hear that after a long period they have added two channels in tamil basic package n i hav a doubt my basic package is Kannada i am from KGF, Karnataka,. and i have purchased Tamil Package for Rs. 300, a one year subscription excluding basic package and i am not able to view these two channel it s scrambled for me, how to get these two channels, whom to contact do any one have the activation team no. , since the cc response is not good....

SUN DTH website says " Existing customers with Tamil basic package, can now enjoy Star Vijay and Raj TV at free of cost". It is not available to you since your basic package is not Tamil. Still try with Nodel Officer

IT is a poor decision,I live in vizag and so i opted for telugu basic after the dealer advised me to take telugu package as it would be easier for him activate STB

So now i am unable to view the channels:wall:

I hope atleast from 15th i can view the channels

you can change your basic plan , contact your dealer.
