Anyone from rajasthan who can confirm if you can see the new Fibre Value plan in your selfcare portal? I can't find the new fibre plans or the 777 plan in my change of tariff plan options...
Hmm strange, then it might not available in jodhpur district or maybe something wrong with my selfcare portal. I have raised a complaint in selfcare portal, will raise a complaint in pgportal after a few days if nothing happens. Twitter works too though
I would suggest you going to the bsnl office and doing it manually, i changed it from portal and it shows that my plan is changed but I'm still getting old speeds only thing happened is that they activated Hotstar subscription for me

I'm still getting old plan speeds i think the problem could be with my ont it's very old like 3 4 years old and my router was also 2.4ghz.
So instead of buying new ones i applied for airtel
