Are any of you guys having reception problem since today morning ? Its been many hours now since there is a blackout of all the channels. The screen shows some technical error.Dug into the satellite management menu and checked the transponders, 2 of them were showing signal quality and strength but now all are blank.Anyone facing similar issues ?:(

Thanks dude,Only few channels are working fine on my box with 2 transponders showing some signal strength. I guess its time to call them up.Do you think there can be a dish misalignment if some channels are working ? I feel if there is indeed misalignment then none of the channels should show up.

Hope you already tried restarting the STB by power toggling from the mains. Also there is an option to Refresh by sending REF to some number from your registerd telephone number (RTN as they call it), have seen this flashing on the screen sometimes on the home channel.

Have made a call to CC, did the reset, they also did some reset from their end. Now they have asked to wait for few hours.

Problem got solved on the very same day.Called up the CC, they told me to do a reset and wait for 2 hours.Nothing happened so called them back and they scheduled a service visit for the next day.But to my surprise he landed that very evening. The fault was a minor one, some dude had rotated the lnb to some awkward angle and hence only few transponders were available. He just fixed it and noted the complaint in his form.Told me money will get deducted directly from my account incase my STB is out of warranty. Its in warranty I had forgotten. All in all.. nice experience.

Good!!Btw, i dont know whats the warranty period - i didnt ever emphasise on that. Can u let me know whats the standard period??
