Recharge options for Mercury addon package

Hi all, I am new to the DTH World as i plan to apply for Sun dth this weekend What i plan is 999 for 10 months which is the basic pack And to watch HBO & Star Movies i need to take mercury add on package IT mentions on the website that cost is Rs 35.00 + Taxes , so what is the final figure ???????????????????? What are the steps to recharge it assuming that i want HBO and star movies for the next 12 months ThanksSJ

for ex for rs 100 means they will deduct 11 rs for tax =89 rs ur balance for mercury addon min 3month suscribution =35*3=105rsrecharge rs100+RS25+rs25=150

rs 500 is enougf for 1 year u get rs 445 account balance rs 55 tax will be detucted

make sure ,you take the connection as Malayalam basic plan if you ought to see Malayalam channels and "chiri thira".

I thought there is only one basic package Is there Malayalam basic, Tamil Basic, Kannada Basic etc what is the difference between them If i subscribe for Malayalam basic for 10 month wont i get tamil channels Please explain??

you will get tamil and other channels.you wont miss anything.if you dont want chiri thira(anyways ,it is only for 3 months promo) ,no confusion ,just get the dth out right!

hmm... if you are just looking for South Regional channels go for Sun direct.. if you opt for Tamil Basic.. you will get all Malayalam channel and Tamil channels...Also please be aware that there is no Sports pack on Sun direct as of now.. if you entertainment schedule has something like Comedy, Movies, Sports, Religion then SUN DIRECT is not a good option..Also Customer care is not useful in Sun direct.... if you can manage yourself.. Web enabled account information is good...As the name insists "Selfcare".. you need to take care of everything....SUN Direct neither compared with DTH nor with Cable... it is in between these two. It does not provide the option like other DTH and it does not provide a very worst service like Cable TV.It is Cable tv on DTH with limited channels.Better you can go for Airtel.

Shibu, You loacted at mumbai and you can acitivate only north region bacakge(this include all malayalam but expect chirithira) . I enquired already with dealer only north region backage will be activated.

It is totally wrong.U can activate any channels based on u r choice
