This is just plain stupid. They should come out with who all are in the standing committee and their profiles. I bet no one there ever checked their own email

first the keyloggers issue and now this. really the govt is going insane
if one is not sane enough atleast they shoud learn from other countries.

this move is to eliminate low level ISPs. they are not going to catch ratan tata for some1 misusing tataBB. but they wud promptly be able to catch mini-ISPs.outcome? mini-ISPs will sell their network to big ISPs. big ISPs will then have monopoly and do whatever they want to do with charges.

MTNL and BSNL wont go down at all with this law. who is owner of MTNL and BSNL? who wud u catch? NOONE. so such a resolution does not affect MTNL or BSNLinfact scares their competitor (who is an individual) away.
