Recommend a Vodafone Postpaid Plan for heavy usage

Officially 9, but unless all 9 belong to the same operator, I don't think they have any way of knowing.

Assuming that unused numbers are killed off after 6 months, I guess only 5-6 active connections should be in my name right now.

Rcom and aircel roam locally with each other. So network won't be a problem in my opinion.

my dad is not really a traveler. gurgaon, delhi and maximum panipat/karnal. chandigarh occasionally. aircel is not that great here in haryana.
