Yes gurgaon and ncr no xtra charge and use either of rcom or aircel network.
I personally like aircel 2g network better in Delhi

let's see. i slept through the day so could not get the reliance gsm prepaid test sim. would try tomorrow.

No relationship manager sells them, simply the requirement of company id is removed by paying them some cash

Its getting strict but nothing can be done.
These guys r on small pay.
Sometimes I think cos ignore them because in end they just need bill paying customers and remember postpaid is more revenue earning than prepaid.

dad would not go for it considering the savings are going to be minimal. i mean on a bill of 750 today what would i save? 200 bucks max? i think dual sim could be a good idea for now. though i doubt he would like the idea of calling other people from a totally different number! plus there would be another bill to take care of!
