Recommendation for unlimited broadband plan in India

I am looking for a broadband connection. Must haves for me are

You can know the exact duration for getting new connection only from your exchange. If ports are available you should be online within 6-7 days.

I ask because I moved here recently and don't have a landline either.
Firstly, visit your nearest BSNL CSC and apply for a landline. Your new landline will be installed in 3-4 days. Once the landline is in place, apply for a broadband connection. I suggest you buy modem/router from outside instead of buying from BSNL. Your new broadband connection will be activated in a week depending on your luck. These days most of the BSNL broadband connections are activated in a week as there is no waiting list like there used to be one couple of years ago!

tata plans are very expensive in kerala......
not having equal upload speed...


this speed test of 512kbps bsnl of SRK is better than Tata.
but i think i will not get 680kbps upload speed as SRK bcoz now i am using 500C of BSNL 2MBPS. now i am getting upload speed of about 700-800kbps. then how i get 680kbps upload speed for 512kbps plan..
