Reddit Secure Connection Failed

This reddit.com issue has been troubling me for like a week 4-5 days now, don't think their maintenance would last that long.
What about you guys?

@abbyck So it seems like a Fastly issue. Hmmm.

I'm not sure if it's a fastly issue. Could be a middlebox as well. But why it's happening on certain DNS is unclear to me.
Edit: TTL on the RST packet and normal TCP packets are the same.

Beats me. For now lets blame fastly. They definitely messed up something. Btw what happens when you use bsnl or NextDNS. Any difference in network capture?

With BSNL's DNS, browser is trying to connect to the same 199.232.253.140 address. But not seeing any TCP RST packets

Could it be DNSSEC that's causing the issue. Verisign analyzer found no RRSIG.
