I registered for new ACT connection, the agent asked for the permission to install a switch for which I gave the permission.
Then the installation guys came but one of their others teams in the area told they have a copper switch from which they will provide the connection.
That's it its been more than 15 days still no connection, when I call the customer care they raised the complaint and asked for some time, but finally they tell now they cant provide the connection and will refund when I ask the reason they are not telling clearly the reason.
