Hi, I understand from the field team that you are not reachable on the registered mobile hence the delay. Have asked the field team to follow up with you tomorrow & complete the installation.

If you could PM me the contact number of the concerned team member, I would gladly call them. (BTW, the salesperson called me last Thursday and he said that he would get the installation done by the next day, you might want to check with him).
