Regretting for ordered DELL notebook

maybe their quality control is slacking off :)
 
God knows why they can't take payments online.Even "Sarkari" railways has a better sales system.
 
ya, there should be no sales person involved, just fill in some online forms, submit, and voila, 2-3 weeks later your product arrives. of course, you cant bargain to get the price down, but then they should give low prices from the start and have no need for salespeople charging their commisions.
 
Nov 23...when they said they've got all they've wanted...never heard anything from them yet...
 


that's a big surprise!!!! I ordered quite a few stuffs from Dell and never had a problem with them!! Infact their customer care is much better than most other companies atleast in india
 
yup, Dell has THE best customer service in india. the only problem is they tend to take a lot of time when a product is ordered.
