Reliance Broadband down for 2 days now

The local technician isnt answering my call and that online customer care has no clue. They're just stalling. Dunno what exactly is the problem

^I've also been facing the same issue for the last week. The connection drops entirely for a few minutes, randomly.
Also, when I have to re-login, it just won't allow me using my browser. It will NOT display the login page and I have to use my phone to do it :/

Yeah, I have been given wrong times like 5 times by customer care regarding the internet. Lol this issue happens when I really need internet.

It's completely down since the past two days

Called the customer care and they said the fiber line is cut in our locality and the technicians are working on it. Should be resolved by tonight 7 PM.

My Reliance connection is getting off from 7 PM to 10 AM everyday and no connection on holidays. I have made several complains to Reliance since Jan 2014 and now I have applied to Airtel Broadband (Rs 1649 Plan) which will be connected within few day time..........
Goodbye Reliance ....but I made annual advance payment and lost my money.......
