Reliance Connection Required

I am an Airtel user. I have already requested for disconnection of my broadband(airtel) as it is too costly as compared to other isp's + its giving high pings . Hence i need new isp . i called reliance cc for new connection on booked 1 on 23/2/2013 and till now no call back has been received by me. i call them everyday but they say they are putting my request on high priority and do nothing !

hi.I just wrote a letter on their e mail id given on their website and I received a reply within 6 to 7 hours that service is available in my area. I recommend u to send them an email on that email id.
