Yes I think. I am a Hathway Broadband user. The chat and everything works completely fine except the Stream it only buffers and says that 'Network Problem, please try again Error #2000' But when I turned on VPN & tried everything including the stream worked fine. So it is obvious that it is the problem from their side. I am Facing the same issue.

@Anil Yes check after 6.30pm. It was working for me yesterday afternoon. Wasn't working at 7pm I checked, still not working

So what could be the reason for this? Do they have some alternative arrangement for viewers to watch IPL thereby discouraging users to use twitch? Or is it really causing some huge load on their servers and hence selective blocking for a particular time.

But it does not mean that it will provide the same quality of service for all their subsidiaries. My streams are working perfectly well and I don’t even watch IPL.
By the way it could be the Jio DNS causing the issue as it resolves from ‘dnscache.jio.com’ - for my setup I have disabled Jio’s DHCP so that my Pi-Hole can have hundred percent control over the connected local clients with proper DNS switching which probably should mitigate the issue.
are you using openwrt?
