Jio dont have voice licence so they route all calls from Internet. . When u end call ur data balance dedicated. .. .. they are hiding this as advanced network thing ..if u insert jio sim on normal 4g phone j cant dial any number only data connection

Jio have unified licenses which include voice I think.

If you insert Jio SIM in a VoLTE-enabled 4G phone and use the APN settings given in the first post of this thread, you should be able to make voice calls. If you're facing any technical issues, I can help you sort it out.

R-Jio will be launched in April 2016, although a beta launch is scheduled to take place in December..
