Reliance Jio Fiber Migration Plans

@alekhkhanna jio's routing is shit dude. If i had airtel near me i would have gone for it but jio is the only option for me. So i am struck

@Nitin Yeah. The have fiber in the next society, but not in ours as RWA is asking for a good amount of money to allow them to lay fiber. In my society, capped to 40 mbps.
Nevertheless, the Orbi RBK50 is up. Whole house has decent 5 ghz range, and we are finally able to get good browsing and streaming speed in every room.
TVs are connected to satellite via LAN (max 100, limitation of the TV eth port), but thats enough for 4kHDR streaming. Lower pings, so all around seems smoother

Finally, after multiple escalations, the tech guys came. They were clueless. Just did random Speedtests via multiple servers. Wasn't hitting beyond 550 mbps.
They escalated it to their technical team over phone. In a minute, the following speeds started pouring in !
Apparently they have to set certain channels at their end for high speed tier to allocate required bandwidth.

The mystery is finally solved ! It was a tech issue at Jio's end.

You should also complaint for upload speed and may be than they will adjust the cap limit for you by their backend team. If they change the WiFi channel remotely than they can also adjust the upload speed cap. Try to complaint for it also.
