@bigman91 Ok. I contacted them on the WhatsApp Number. There is no agent available.

I contacted them on their dedicated JioFiber Number (which can only be reached by JioFiber Number only as I am unable to call on that via. my Airtel Connection). It's been having that automated music but no agent is picking up the call. (I processed the IVR Options)

Have you tried calling to their helpline via. any other network apart from Jio? Are you able to connect?
 
Disconnected the call automatically with a message, Call back later, No Agent Available.

I don't even consider this as JioFiber being launched properly.
 
@gomfi - I've been in touch with them evryday since Saturday on the numbers i mentioned and they always respond. I'm on vodafone network when I call them. Contact them through morning to late evening. I'm not sure late night is a right time ??
 
@bigman91 They advertise the helpline number as 24/7.

Well, I tried using my Airtel Landline and it gives that busy tone (not message) beep <long > beep <break> beep <break>

This is happening for all the Jio Toll Free Numbers.

Disconnected the call automatically with a message, Call back later, No Agent Available.

I don't even consider this as JioFiber being launched properly.

To do this, I called them from the JioCall App. So I was able to reach their number and they kept me waiting and finally disconnected the call as mentioned above.
 
@gomfi - i can understand ur frustration but that's all I've got. :/ Maybe contact them during the day on ur mobile, might work. I'm stuck with 199 plan still in queue, haven't used my net since Saturday. Everyday it's the same response, "server issues and will be sorted soon" and it's same for many users.
 
You renewed your plan with 199 Plan but you are not able to use it and your speed is now 1Mbps (after FUP) if I am guessing it correctly is what you meant to say?

Exactly. When free preview offer ended Friday night, speed got capped to 1Mbps. On Saturday is when I paid for the 199 plan and it's still in "upcoming plan section". Scavenged a lot over the net to understand tht I'm not the only one and 199 is indeed a base plan.
