I sent them 3 emails. Only got a response one time and it was a system generated mail. I don't think they even look at customer complaints.
They were providing better services when it was for FREE. Now that we're paying they're giving such shitty service. What the fuck this makes no sense to me

only very few people need higher upload speeds.
For this they will introduce different plans.
For basic plan 10 mbps upload speed is good

STOP COMPROMISING. It is because of our compromising nature only that they sold all of you and me a Gigabit Connection with Single Band Router where they removed 1:1 Ratio.

What that Ambani Girl said in Keynote:

1. Gigabit Connection
2. Dual Band Router
3. 1:1 Download and Upload.
4. Revolutionary Pricing. (My Foot, Hathway their own subsidiary gives Unlimited FUP with 100Mbps in half of the price).

I am sure, Millions of people would be shouting like hell if something like this Apple would have done. (Claimed something, Gave something else)

If you don't force Jio for 1:1, I am sure Airtel will follow the same lead.

P.S.: Please if someone here don't think 1:1 should be implemented, don't even think of quoting me. First understand what Fiber connection is. And, How it is different from ADSL. If you are okay with 1:10 on a FTTH Connection? Sorry, But I don't think you are in 21st Century or moving towards 2020s.

I will be honest: I was happy before compared to now. I am fed up of porting my mobile number now.

Every 3-4 months. Network get f**ked.

Moved from Vodafone to Airtel. Airtel got messed up. Moved from Airtel to Jio. Now, Jio messed up. Now again porting to Airtel. Whole market is unstable because of Jio.

If jio didn't come. We still didn't get 4g and readying for 5g.

A company (Jio) single handedly messed up Mobile Network, somewhere they negatively influenced Ecommerce (even though they are not even launched in ecom yet) and now Broadband/Fiber.

I understand buddy. But what we can do is prove them consumers are aware and have right to demand. I suggest a petition with change.org. What say?
