I'm on same plan as well. On that tab it shows me expiry date of the content you have access to like Voot, Jio Cinema, SonyLiv, EROS etc. If you have access to the OTT premium on STB you have nothing to worry about. It is strange that it isn't mentioned there.

Have the same issue. On Diamond plan, STB works, but subs don't show anything.

Same for me. Silver plan but nothing shows under subscriptions. Also the app keeps showing the banner to get stb even though I got it a week ago. I thought that is why the subscription area is blank as their system doesn't think I have received the stb.

Mr.Ambani during last agm said that Jio's iot services will be commercially available across India starting 1st of Jan 2020.So it means frm tommorw !! But as expected no info about that anywhere.such has been their jio fiber service..hope next year they improve this else we end users have plethora of options ...

They have called a few times. What would I do with a second stb? I don't even need the first one as I have a new 75 inch 4k android smart TV. The TV has the same apps and its interface is just as fast.
