Edit: Can you do a quick download test, say from MS's site to see your consistent download speeds ?

@Nitin No. About 300-350 mbps max if I'm next to the router (and android settings show I'm connected @ 866 mbps link speed).

@Nitin It was on a non-dfs channel earlier. Changed it to DFS maybe 3-4 days back. No difference. I anyway don't have many 5ghz networks within range, just 1 more, and that has very weak signal, on a different band.

36-37MB/s at max, not consistent though

@alekhkhanna did u check qos? Maybe, u have a rule which is throttling the traffic.
