Getting Jio 5G in manual network mode and also getting different ip address in 4G & 5G. Still it shows 4G on top right side. See screenshot...
5G is 25.x.x.x series and 4G is 56.x.x.x series...
Likewise Jio 5G is visible to me as well in manual mode. But I am unable to connect/register to/on the network. Where are you located and which phone model are you using?

Fun fact for everyone: iPhone 14 and 14 Pro models sold in US support Jio's mmWave band n258 which no phone in India supports right now. The 14 Pro models are not only cheaper by 20k, you can also claim back tax at airport. So if anyone's relative is coming back from US, ask them to get the Pro model for you. Don't buy non Pro models with outdated last year's SOC btw.

Jio isn't deploying mmWave for now atleast. Only N78 and N28 is being deployed now. I doubt they'll even give mmWave access for mobile phones it's main purpose gonna be FWA only do no use searching for mmWave devices

mmWave will be deployed at congested places, stadiums and busy roads to take the load off their normal n78, n28 and n8 bands. Why would Jio waste money in buying n258 band if they don't plan to deploy? :p

Why do you think it is going to stay that way forever? Next year we might see n258 supported phones launch.
