Reliance Jio Wifi Mesh Extender Power LED orange light

So i did visit the service centre. He simply checked that my device is 14 months old. Out of warranty....and asked me to buy a new device as this device repair would cost Rs.2200/-. There is no scope for repair.

Anyone else managed to get it repaired?

I reached out to Jio customer service about an issue with my Jio Mesh router, where only the orange light is on. They asked if the light was stable, and I confirmed it was. They also inquired if I had tried restarting the router and pressing the reset button, both of which I had already done. Since the issue couldn't be resolved remotely, they have arranged for a service engineer to visit as the router is still under warranty.

I reported an issue with the stable orange light on my mesh router, and both times they did something to resolve it. This happened twice over two months. I'm not sure what they did, but I receive an SMS saying, "We have resolved the issue on our end, please restart your router," and after restarting, everything works perfectly.

hey guys so i got the same issue now! i bought this in july 2023 so it's out of warrenty fs. but i got it replaced once in like early 2024 wouldn't that extend the warrenty???

Just assume you deleted your money with the jio extender and buy a cheap TP-Link Deco x3 combo or something.

I got jio extender replaced 3 times during warranty period and just threw it away. Spent 2500rs on it back then.
