My order didn't arrive today.

Although I did get a SMS few minutes ago.

Hi Nishant Menon, We have processed your order 1XXXXXXXXXXM and will be delivering it shortly. Your total amount is Rs.XXX.XX A partial refund of Rs.41.05 will be initiated in next couple of days.

None of the item in the order has the value of ₹41.05. I assume they have substituted a product.

@Nishant Even I got a similar message with a partial refund, ended up being a BOGO offer which got applied automatically and for another item, the store price was lesser than what was on the site.

Amazon/Flipkart seems to have no problem delivering items here.

Reliance has a Smart point around 4 kms away from my place.

Most of the offers in the jiomart are scam. I ordered 10 kg wheat flour for ₹24 but they didn't honoured my order saying that they can't sell at that price

So the guy called, told me to come to a nearby place since he said they've called everyone who ordered from nearby areas to this place.

Half of the items were missing. Told him to just take everything back. He said someone from the Smart Point will call me. I'll be telling him to cancel the order.

Not ordering from them again anytime soon.
