Do not know where to start. But, by far this is most horrible experience i am having with reliance broadband thunder plan 549. They claim it is 1mbps plan, but when you open gmail and facebook, it take 5 min to load. And if you are running torrent, then forget about opening gmail and facebook.
I took the plan on August 1st week and from very beginning i started experiencing a very slow speed and frequent fluctuation in service. Every now and then net was going down. After several complains, this was improved. But, problem with slow internet experience. Even after calling them several times, they are not resolving the issue. Everytime thay will raise a new ticket and reply , "we will get back in 24 hours"
Next thing is there front desk support. The way they will talk to you, as if they are paying for you and you are using the service for free. 2 times they close my ticket without even calling me. I was so frustrated with this pathetic service, so gave a termination request on 28th August. They said, their backend team will call me within 48 hours. And i got a call also, but the guy from other side said "welcome to reliance world and this is a welcome call". After 3 weeks of horrible experience, i got a call saying welcome to reliance world. Do not understand how this company runs and how is coordination between their front end and back end.
I am still waiting, when their 48 hour will be over and they will deactivate my account. I will never refer anybody to go with reliance broadband.
