Reliance - Most horrible service

Do not know where to start. But, by far this is most horrible experience i am having with reliance broadband thunder plan 549. They claim it is 1mbps plan, but when you open gmail and facebook, it take 5 min to load. And if you are running torrent, then forget about opening gmail and facebook.
I took the plan on August 1st week and from very beginning i started experiencing a very slow speed and frequent fluctuation in service. Every now and then net was going down. After several complains, this was improved. But, problem with slow internet experience. Even after calling them several times, they are not resolving the issue. Everytime thay will raise a new ticket and reply , "we will get back in 24 hours"
Next thing is there front desk support. The way they will talk to you, as if they are paying for you and you are using the service for free. 2 times they close my ticket without even calling me. I was so frustrated with this pathetic service, so gave a termination request on 28th August. They said, their backend team will call me within 48 hours. And i got a call also, but the guy from other side said "welcome to reliance world and this is a welcome call". After 3 weeks of horrible experience, i got a call saying welcome to reliance world. Do not understand how this company runs and how is coordination between their front end and back end.
I am still waiting, when their 48 hour will be over and they will deactivate my account. I will never refer anybody to go with reliance broadband.
 
DJ@Braodband they have horrendous service in terms of getting issues resolved regarding network. Countless times I have myself sorted out the issues by going to the EDP Box then calling their Field engineer allocated for my area to check the network issues and then letting them know the status of EDP box.
I even sent a mail to the PRESIDENT of customer service he did not even respond once in a time span of 3 months even after providing countless reference ID's. and I have used reliance for 8-9 years then also they did not even bother to fix up their network issues on my end forget about a new connection. My post of Reliance Worst Broadband has been Deleted by the[color=#ff0000;] #Site Administrator[/color] I Suppose, otherwise I would have showed it to you how Reliance works and in what state the company's network is in.
 
The main problem is no proper alternatvies , its the only one without any fup. Only few location have access to local ISP else bsnl, reliance, airtel are the major 3
 
Well here's my reliance story and please do keep records cz these guy deny promises/ issues like they never happened

Date Problem Complaint no Response Request Issue 30-Sep does not have a valid ip 209760570 24 hours Request engineer visit Local agent refuses to pick up calls first few times and when he does blames the company for not providing enough supplies to them. 1-Oct Still not resolved Complaint closed as customer did not pay bill No engineer visit even after requesting for the same.Complaint closed without customer being notified.Complaint closed for a completely fake reason.Due date still a day away. 2-Oct disconnection a day before payment date 209831198 Floor manager- Acknowledges mistake and says that it happens sometimes Still want another 24 hours Team Leader(Vaibhav) - Backend and local teams not working so complaint cannot be resolved today. Request for a call back tomorrow from the team leader or the next one on shift- Malini No call backs, Billing department still not notified 3-Oct no response , no call back , net still down Pankaj - Vaibhav not available , services still been barred Malini- Mail sent to the concerned department today and not Yesterday like promised.Will call back to report status within 2 hours Request for a call back regarding the status. No call backs regarding status. Net services still barred. 4-Oct no response , no call back , net still down 5 days without internet for an error made by the reliance team plus the whole customer care staff hellbent on not listening to the problem but passing the blame to other departments 5-Oct net still down 209979474 Imtiaz- have to open a new complaint cannot open new compalint The 30th sep complaint is treated as solved by the reliance team and will not reopen that even though it hasn’t been solved. So now im not eligible for a waiver for the complaint on the 30th as well as the 5th Accounts waiver team- Will give u waiver for only 30-9-2013 and 1-10-2013 as complaints only registered only on those days Waivers can only be given for a complaint that hasn’t been solved for a minimum of three days. I have net issues arounds 4 times a month that last for 2-3 days i.e. around 10 days a month but am not eligible for any waivers. Engineer visits Tell him ive lost connectivity on half the days in the past two months He responds by saying 40 is no that big a number in two months

i am facing the same problem.not getting valid ip,complained to the customer care,then department of telecommunication,but no net connection still.itz been 3 days.reliance is a fraud company that knows only how to cheat their customers.we all have to fight against this.the customer care and local technical guys are the worst fucked up...
