Mumbai. No idea about speeds in Gurgaon, but when I visited last winter Reliance worked more or less fine on my CDMA phone.
 
@x720 which Tata services are based on Rev A, and which are on Rev B?

I am using Tata Photon Plus, which is just good for normal browsing, but not good for heavy downloads or video (high quality) streaming. What about Tata Photon Max wifi? how is this service, any idea?
 
I think I dont get above 1 Mbps anytime with Photon Plus. Speed during day time is even worse. Speed is better between 12 midnight till 7~8 AM.
 
Right. For some reason TATA's network starts struggling even with slight congestion. I suspect they don't allocate enough capacity to each BTS.

Get a demo for Photon Max and decide. Hard to judge given that Photon Plus isn't too good at your place.

wtf.. the 999 ultd post paid plan is not available in delhi.
 

Yep thats for only ppl in south.
I don't understand, do we delhites use net so much that every provider give a costlier plan here even in comparison to big city like mumbai.
