Reliance Entertainment's Big Broadcasting has joined Asiasat 3S for its bouquet of television channels.
An agreement has been signed for one C-band transponder on AsiaSat 3S.

What the advantage to reliance, signing the agreement with AsiaSat 3S

May be Asiasat 3 has wide reach & its footprint covers Asia, Middle-east, South East Asia. So I said STAR, ZEE, SAHARA use Asiasat 3 for main carriage

Right, Reliance channels can also have wide reach, details of C band Asiasat 3S satellite about channels & TP here - AsiaSat 3S at 105.5°E - LyngSat
All channels from ZEE Network, STAR Network, Sahara, Turner use Asiasat 3
Not sure whether Reliance will use Asiasat 3S or any other satellite from Asiasat group - Asia Satellite
