I have a 50 mbps ftth connection of 6371 rs. I was just seeing what plans I can upgrade to on the BSNL ecare app, I saw a plan I thought was good, and wanted to see the details, so I clicked on it, confirmed, and the request was sent and completed. Now it shows that plan in my current plans. I thought there would be a payment option and plan details before confirmation. what do I do? :( I don't want this plan. I contacted the guy who installed this in our home (rural area) and he said its not in their hands, if he gets a call from higher authority, he'll cancel it. already paid 6371 man.
 
What was your earlier plan? What plan did you opt now? Give details of that. In BSNL only one plan change is possible in one month bill cycle.
 
my plan was (annual) :
"FIBRE 3300 GB CS374-FBB-COMBO"
6371 rs after adding tax

this was on the bill I got in my email.

the plan that I mistakenly ordered is (this one is annual too) :
FIBRE VALUES PLUS-FBB-COMBO
8914 rs without tax.
 
Never had experience with yearly plan, try changing back to your old plan and see what happens.
 
that's the thing, you can't downgrade, only upgrade :( half of the customer care doesn't even know such a feature exists, three of em gave me a wrong solution. I contacted the person in charge of my connection and he said he'll cancel this plan. he said it very casually too.
